The Botanika Restaurant is famous for Polish traditional tastes. But it also offers European novelties. Each menu is based on seasonal products, including, in particular, our regional tastes of Greater Poland. Dishes are adjusted to seasons of the year: asparagus and strawberries in spring, chanterelle and cold young beetroot soup in summer, mushroom, pumpkin and root vegetables in autumn, and apple pie with cinnamon and mulled wine in winter.
